Advent Series

True God and True Man

Who is Jesus? Colossians 1:15-23 reveals to us the profound mystery of the True God and True Man. Who He is, what He has done, and what He is doing have been revealed to us with clarity, beauty, mystery, and continual awe. In sharing with us the true identity of Jesus, Paul describes Him as creator of all things, sustainer, reconciler, and head of the Church. There is no other like Him! On this third Sunday of Advent, we are going to continue to explore His fullness as we examine who He is and why He came. We will seek to understand why He had to take on flesh and what this means for the One who is eternally God. The clarity and mystery of who He is will lead us into continual awe and wonder, and by His grace that leads to worshiping the True God and True Man in spirit and in truth.

Invite friends and family to worship in-person with us on Sunday at 8:00 (Chapel), 9:30 or 11:00 a.m. or online at pcpc.org/live/, the PCPC App with an iOS or Android device, or YouTube.

For in Him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of His cross.
